1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We partner with trusted courier and logistics services to ensure safe and timely delivery. Standard delivery generally takes 4–7 business days, depending on the delivery location. Delivery may take longer for remote or rural areas.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on factors such as order value, product weight and delivery location. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before order confirmation.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be provided through the registered mobile number or email address, where applicable. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.

5. Delays & Exceptions

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, transportation disruptions, natural events or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in tracking delayed shipments.

6. International Shipping

Currently, AyuArogya does not offer international shipping. Orders are delivered only within India. Any applicable taxes, duties or additional charges associated with delivery will be handled according to the applicable regulations.
